It's Labor Day Weekend! You work hard, eat Oreo's:) This recipe is so amazing and easy you might make it all the time, for everything and I don't mind.
1 package of Oreo's.
1 pint of cream
1/4 cup sugar
4 oz softened cream cheese or sour cream
1/2 cup hot fudge
in a cold bowl beat cream until it starts to thicken slightly, add soft cream cheese. Add sugar & beat until soft peaks form.
To assemble, get a spring form pan OR a 9 inch cake pan and line it with parchment. Place about 1 1/2 cups of whipped cream at the bottom of the pan, put an even layer of Oreo's on top of the cream and drizzle with fudge. Repeat this until your Oreo's fudge and cream are gone! Refrigerate overnight. For a taller cake, use more Oreo's! Remember, cream goes first, so the cookies can get soft on the bottom, my photo shows otherwise don't pay attention to that.
